In keeping with the mission of the Sisters of  St. Joseph of Orange and St. Joseph Hospital. The Pediatric Dental Care Collaborative is devoted to providing high quality primary dental care services, and oral health education to the underserved community.


 

The Pediatric Dental Care Collaborative of St. Joseph Hospital is providing free or low cost dental services for children under five years old.

 

Services Include:  Exams, X-rays, Cleanings, Sealants, Fluoride Treatment, Restorative Care, Preventive Care

                                               

As a parent we understand the importance of you child's dental health can be costly. The Pediatric Dental Care Collaborative was created to help those children in need. 

 

Our goal is that young children will enter kindergarten programs cavity free, have good oral health habits, and readiness to learn.

 DENTAL TIPS

 

  • The recommended age for a first dental visit is one year.
  • Children should see a dentist every six months.
  • Early treatment helps prevent future and more expensive oral health problems.
  • Floss at least once a day or after meals
  • Recommended brushing time is 2 minutes
  • Look for discoloration or white spots near your child's gum line.
